Submission Guidelines

Everything you need to know about submitting your project to SmartAIthon 2026

Team Rules & Regulations

Please read and follow these team guidelines carefully to ensure smooth participation throughout the hackathon.

  • Maximum Team Size: Each team can have a maximum of 4 members. No exceptions will be made.
  • Team Leader Required: Every team must designate one member as the team leader for communication purposes.
  • Exclusive Participation: Participants cannot join multiple teams simultaneously. Each person can only be part of one team.
  • Team Composition: Teams can be formed with students from the same or different colleges/institutions.
  • Registration: Team leader must be registered through the official registration form.
  • Communication: All official communications will be sent to the team leader's email address.
  • Code of Conduct: All team members must adhere to the hackathon's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
  • Original Work: All submissions must be original work of the team members.
